RETURN POLICY

*Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused and they should be returned within 7 days after your delivery date. (For over¬seas customers, within 14 days after the delivery date) Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. For more information, please check our RETURN & REFUND policy at the bottom of a page.

What can be returned?

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused
  • All tags have to be attached and the original packaging and wrappings should be included
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags, where provided

What cannot be returned?

  • ltem(s) must be returned within 7 days after your delivery date (For overseas customers, within 14 days after the delivery date)
  • ltem(s) should be returned in the same condition you received them
  • Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted

Who pays for return shipping

  • ltem(s) returned due to change of mind or sizing issues (purchasers pay for the shipping)
  • Wrong item(s) (designs, sizes, colors, etc.) received (sellers pay for the shipping)
  • ltem(s) in flawed or damaged condition (sellers pay for the shipping)

 

REFUND POLICY

Once your return has been received and , your refund will be completed via the original payment method, and this does not include the delivery costs. We will try our best to keep you updated every step of the way.
If you happen to receive your order(s) in damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible. We will quickly arrange for a new replacement or a return for a full refund of the damaged item(s).

 

Refund Process

Any processing of Personal Information administrated by us to an outsourcer will be done so in accordance, oblige them to protect personal information under contracts, and appropriately manage and supervise them.

  • Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, and this does not include the delivery costs.
  • Deposit only bank account payment : Items returned + 4 business days
  • Credit card/real-time bank transfer : Items returned + 7 business days
  • Micropayment: Partial cancellation is not possible
  • Only possible if the cancellation is made within the same month where the payment was made.
  • If you happen to receive your order(s) in damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible. We will quickly arrange for a new replacement or a return for a full refund of the damaged item(s).
